I HAVE JUST PUT THE CD PLAYER IN, IT WORKED FINE THEN WHEN TOOK IT OUT TO CONNECT SOME SPEAKERS, BEFORE I EVEN GOT TO DO THIS THE CD PLAYER JUST WENT OFF.

JVC KD-PDR40
I bought a JVC KD-PDR40 and hooked it up. It worked for about a week, but won't turn on anymore. When I press the 'eject' button, it turns on for about 2 seconds. I don't want to return it because i like it. Any suggestions?

Have above model, lost manual, has not been used in a long time. Forgot how to remove / insert CDs into the changer. Have the changer out of player, but can't remove the CDs, know it is simple, but can't find the right spot to push, pull, or squeeze???

When I turn the unit on it just searches for a cd. Nothing operates except for the carousel spinning. It will not except any commands except open close, which does not operate anything, and the power button.

Not working after a fuse blow
I had a fuse blow & the radio cut off after I changed the Fuse the unit will only eject or take a CD it wont stay on long enough for any thing else. ??? I dont understand it

I have a KS-FX230 in dash, that was used with my CH X99 Changer in another vehicle. They both functioned perfectly. I have since taken them out and have installed them in my 2006 F-150.
