  My shredder go paper jammed. I drowned it w/ wd-40 and some water drops. The paper came out but now the shredder does not work. The motor comes on - forward shredding does not work-reverse barely works. I am unable to open box to look at blades, etc. Any suggestions on how to make it operable?

  shredder button has to be held down
  I thought these shredders were to be automatic if you put paper in them. I have to hold the shred button down continuously and often have to hit the reverse button and then the shredd button again before it will do anything. It never takes the paper automatically. Am I doing something wrong?
