  I get a "Weak Signal" in trying to get Channel 11 & 13. And I get a black oblong box across the screen on some stations.

  Can the DTX9900 pass a cable company signal thru the converter? I am assuming that cable signal is analog because my TV is analog. The TV in my motorhome will be receiving both cable and air.
