CD player
Cd player does not work. It opens occasionally for no reason. The discs just spin but nothing else.
Any ideas?

No sound except static
All functions working. Upon recent turn on no sound on any CD, Tape, AM/FM. Only static, pop, crackel, Volumn control does not decrease noise. Static continues for 4 - 5 seconds AFTER power is turned off

Jammed CD Under Turntable
Hello!
I have a CD jammed under the turntable -- anyone know how to get it out? I've tried a long knife with double-sided tape, but I can't seem to lift it back into the CD slot.

Would like operating manual
My daughter has has this unit for many years, and it's still great, but there are features I down know how to use. It has the radio, 2 cassette, and a 3 CD player in one unit, plus the 2 huge speakers and a turn table that is a separate unit, sitting on top.

Does this system have a way to connect additional speakers to the system? 2) Is there a way to clean the CD system? It has is now skipping and repeating sections of the CD playing.

Timer/Clock
Does anyone know how to set the clock/timer? My mother in law's CD player is automatically coming on in the middle of the night. Can't figure out how to disarm the timer or how it even got set.

Surround Speakers
Only getting static out of both rear surround speakers. Tried every audio option and connection. The speakers themselves are functional if I hook them to other jack. No matter speaker, I get static from surround jacks. Help?

cd's wonn't load
when the system tries to id a cd the info does not load and icon goes blank on all 5 cd's. Is this a programming issue?

I CANT EVER SEE THE VOL. WHAT RADIO STATION IS ON CUZ MY LIGHT ONLY COME ON IF I PRESS REALLY HARD ON THE FRONT IF NOT IT STAY OFF.

Disc Playing Problem
While playing a CD it stops for a few seconds and them starts again and stops again. I have run the disc cleaner several times and it did not help. It does it with all CD's. DVD playback

NEED A REPLACEMENT BAND FOR STEREO. THIS BAND ALLOWS THE DISC DRAWER TO OPEN AND CLOSE CORRECTLY. CURRENT BAND IS STRETCHED AND LOSE. cD DRAWER WILL NOT STAY CLOSED TO OPERATE A CD.

Issue with power cycling/non funtioning
Already tried the Enter-Power button to reset and clear the memory. Seems to be a problem with a transistor or latching relay. Can you assist? I do have the schematics.

Trouble starting
This product has hardly been used even though it is old. It starts whenever it wants to and there is no control, so for days it will not respond to the buttons or the remote. My CD are stuck inside. When it plays, it works very well.
