I've brought a used KM-106 KC-206 system. The problem I am having is not being able to adjust the volume up high out of the KC-206 because the remote have set the volume level low and the manual volume control can't deliver high volume level. i was wondering it looks like im supposed to be able to hook up two sets of speakers to this receiver, but when ever i turn on both at the same time no sound comes out of either, but if i have one hooked up to a or b it works just fine, i was wondering why,

volume
The remote does not seem to be able to increase the volume past a certain point. Is there a reset, preset, or restricter I don't know about? I bought this used from a guy living in an apartment, so I doubt he ever 'cranked' it up much. can ya help? Thanks, Douglas

Audio Problem
After working for 2 years sound stopped working. All video switching works fine. Sound does not work with all inputs including test. Also reset to factory settings and still no sound. Is there anything else I can do?
